Shipping policy

At AV FAB CO., we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, custom fabrication, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Excluded Locations

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or other U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout or communicated before shipment.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AV FAB CO. is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

AV FAB CO. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.
